Chateau Gazin is a large single block Pomerol estate. Their label design bears the Knights Templar’s cross due to a historic connection. After indifference in the 70s and 80s, major renovations in 1996 have lifted the quality. Neighbouring Petrus and l’Evangilie, their terroir has promise and their reputation is rising for this satisfying, often Merlot-dominant, claret.
